Time
The Time Domain examines the time available to teachers to perform their jobs effectively through planning, teaching, and engaging in professional learning. The domain has seven questions on a scale of 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). A rating of "3" indicates that the respondent neither agreed nor disagreed with the statement. Average ratings greater than 3 indicate agreement while ratings less than 3 indicate disagreement. Educators were also asked to report the number of hours available to them for planning within the normal instructional day and the number of hours spent on school and district related activities outside the normal instructional day.
